Self Defense Products Return Policy
We will replace any defective item.
There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.
You will need to call us, or email us at
returns@mace1.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
The RMA # must be written on the outside of box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
AS OF 4/14/2005 RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #’S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process your request.
Replacements for defective item will be shipped directly back to you at no charge. If product is NOT defective, a choice of in house credit or reship product back to you will be given.
Refunds for defective merchandise will be issued within 7 business days.
We will email or call you once the return is received and processed.
Self Defense Products does not pay for shipping of returned items.
